Event Description

Heroes of the Realms,

I am seeking out individuals who are interested in taking part in an exploratory expedition. With the sea goddess Calypso's power restored, we are able to navigate through the toughest autumn storms. With this new power, we are able to explore some ancient star charts, and we believe we have uncovered a large new landmass.

All those brave enough to make this expedition, please meet us at the port at Pacifica and we will depart from there.

Sincerely,
King Skyros of Pacifica

Rules Changes and Notes

Special Calls:
Shatter - A non magical blow that destroys any item it hits. Any weapon, bow or shield hit by shatter is broken. If your armor is struck by shatter, all of your armor is destroyed as well. Otherwise counts as a normal blow.

Final Strike - A magical, fire attack. If you hear "Final Strike" as a call, anyone within 5' of the person who made the call is dead. The radius of Final Strike may be increased if the call if followed by a distance (ie Final Strike 10').

Command- A marshaling call used to indicate to a player that they are magically compelled to do something. A command can come from a variety of sources and do a variety of things, however the player must attempt to follow the command to the best of their ability (see compulsion caveat) Protect the Soul will work against a call of command once, however it will then become suspended for 5 minutes.

Other Notes

Arriving on Site:
If you are arriving on site on Friday night before 8pm, then you may drive all the way up to the campground and drop off your gear. We will be having our usually shuttle being run semi-regularly during that time. If you are arriving after 8pm, we ask that you park in the lower lot and bring the gear you need to quest with in the shuttle, and then drive up to drop off sleeping gear after the quest ends.

Similarly with Saturday, if you are arriving before 1pm, feel free to drop off your gear at the upper camp, but if you are arriving after please wait to drive gear up until dinner break.

Meals:
We will provide our standard pancake breakfast each day between (roughly) 9am-10am for all those bold enough to get up that early.

Saturdays dinner will not be our traditional marathon feast, but just a normal ~2 hour dinner. Don't fret however, you will still be stuffed full of delicious before being sent out on the night quest.

This is a dry site

There are several cabins on site, we ask that players try to stick
to the cabins marked for players. Cabins are
first come first serve, but there should be plenty of bunks on
site.
