Site opens at 10:00am Saturday and closes at 7:00pm Sunday.
Event starts at 11:00 AM, on Saturday August 12, 2023.
Event ends at 06:00 PM, on Sunday August 13, 2023.
Cost is $30-$50 per person (kids 11-15 are $15, kids 10 and under are free). We'll be using the flexible-pay model with this event. The minimum (non-child) price is $30, but if you would like to help us offset our losses, contribute to making the event even better, and can spare a little more, you'd have our deepest gratitude if you can increase the payment of your registration as high as $50. This extra payment is strictly voluntary.
Cost via PayPal.me is $30.00 per person.

There are some significant changes this year as always so please look for the following things as you read the rules:
A maximum of two teams will be allowed with no player cap on them.
All King Cards and their War Maneuvers have been brought together into one sensational mega-tournament called The Art of War!
Live Chess' timing rules have been altered to make the flow simpler than before, no more yelling DONE!
Have you ever wanted to hit your friends with a rock? Well now you can with the new non-combat team challenge: Rock Assault!
Crafting tournaments will return to their traditional format this year of being completed before the event. Here is a list of the categories:
- Performance: Magical Ritual with Special Effects
- Foamsmith: 6'6" Halberd
- Armourer: Helmet with Moving Visor
- Garb: Military Dress Uniform
- Trapper: A Venomous Creature
There are some other subtle rules adjustments too, so please look over everything carefully. Direct questions to Jason over email or on social media.

Old Fashioned Directions:
Find your way to the intersection of Rte. 202 and Rte 9 in
Belchertown, Massachusetts.
Take 202 South into downtown Belchertown.
Go straight through the set of lights; you'll find yourself on Rte 181.
Follow 181 until you turn onto Cold Springs Road on the left
(immediately after a pink sign on the left that reads "Angle Cuts Etc.")
Follow Cold Springs Road, bearing left at the fork that is the
intersection with Michael Sears Road, until you find the entrance to
the Swift River Sportsmen's Club, which will be on the right.
Drive all the way down to the end of the road to the dirt parking lot.
