Carnage Gaming Convention

An announcement to one and all,

Some of you may know me as Red, I am but a simple Foreman of a skilled logging crew. I met some of you in Rathkeale this summer and was hired to clear lands in Clontarf for a Sir Tao fellow. I was of course paid a fair wage for this work, and in seeking an outlet for some of this gold I came upon the town of Carnage, nestled in the heart of the Green Mountains.

This town is amazing, as all they do is play games. There are games of skill, games of chance, war games, card games, games on boards, games with dice. The variety is truly dizzying.

The one thing this town does not have is a standing militia to defend it from the many threats on people's safety that exist in the Realms from time to time.

I ask, if any are available, for some strong and skilled heroes to help us recruit and train an all volunteer militia force to defend this special place.

(Carnage Con, gaming gaming gaming. Board games, Card Games, RPGS, Miniature Games, LARPS, it has a little bit of everything. It also has a ton of people who "Ooh and Ahh" over Realms. We'll be forming a militia, training them, and then maybe they'll be attacked. ;) The $20 price is for the Con itself, and is about a 2/3 discount from the standard con price but gets you 100% access to the Con. When you show up, be sure to tell them you're from the Realms.)

There will be a simplified version of our spell system designed for the Con Goers, but standard Realms PCs build will be honored.

There is no camping available on site. The Killington Grand Resort Hotel owns many condos in the area for rent.

There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel, as such drinking will be permitted at the event as a whole, though I do expect you all to act in a manner that brings honor to yourself and the Realms.
