The Gilded Lion and Silver Branch Summer Festival III

On a small plot of land on the border between Chimeron and Rhiassa there is a humble but busy construction site. There, preparations are being made for a celebration. With the coming Summer Solstice also comes a time for comradery and merriment. A chance to enjoy many kinds of festivities and delicious food. A day with workshops, gambling, games, and tournaments. A day for everyone to relax together and deepen our bonds of friendship.

Hello everyone!

One of the exciting things about The Gilded Lion and Silver Branch Summer Festival is how we can offer time to different parts of the community to bring their plot and other content to a diverse audience. We’ve worked over the past couple of weeks to connect with different plot holders and have put together a basic schedule of what is going on. We present it to you now with the stipulation that some changes should be expected even up to the day of the event.

- Group tournaments of Martial Skill under the direction of Sir Shader
- Gambling Tables from the Clontarf Casino open

- Theoretical Start Time for the Stacked Deck Tournament

- Dinosaur Jousting Tournament hosted by Sir Aeston

- Stonewood Presents: Those who walk in the darkness with find the light of knowledge if they are resilient enough.

- The Gloomfather Team Presents: Robin Goodfellow has offered boons to those that might help capture and send back wild fae from another world

- Watchers Still Presents: Safety in Summoning! Enjoy and educate yourself with a short informative simulation of how to deal with REAL interdimensional incursions. Remember you WILL be graded.

4:00

- Rua Thar Cinn Presents: Coordinate with the Gidan Resistance to practice using battlefield command abilities, and familiarize yourself with their current intel on the geography of Gi and key strategic locations for the upcoming war effort.

- Entropy's Requiem Presents: A familiar face has discovered an opportunity to uncover information on the mysterious Apostles of the End.

- The Huntress Guild hosts Huntress Practice

- Wyvern College Presents: An archeological dig site being run by the Wyvern College has invited adventures to assist in excavation efforts.

- Ashenmark Presents: An emissary from overseas needs assistance to make peace.

There will be a Stacked Deck poker tournament held at The Gilded Lion and Silver Branch Summer Festival III.

It will start when we get enough players. It will last approximately 3 hours. It is a 25-gold buy-in for 4000 chips. When you first buy-in, you will be given an opportunity to buy 1000 extra chips for 5 gold. this 5 gold will go directly to the dealer as a tip. 6 30-minute blinds will be used.

REBUYS: unlimited 25 gold rebuys for the first hour any time your stack is at 2000 chips or less.  Regardless of you stack size at the end of the first hour anyone can do a 25 gold for one 4000 chip add on.
