2nd Annual Feast of the Seven Tides Under New Management

Tis a new year and a better time for peace in the lands of 
WhiteCoast.  Though most of the aquatic people have returned to their 
home in the waters and King Triton has left to rid himself of his 
curse, the festival of the seven tides will continue.  Galleos Seaelf 
now governs the city and its lands.
  He invites you back to WhiteCoast hall for a GREAT meal at a 
proper celebration with new friends and odd fun that your sure to 
enjoy.  Nick Necromantikiss, represenitive to the northern aquatic 
elves will be co-hosting in appreciation for ridding the northern 
city of Syladon of its evil.
  Folks are encouraged to bring there empty stomaches, open minds and 
singing voices to help celebrate the most joyous time for the aquatic 
people.
