We once again welcome the Realms to Ashenmark to partake in our annual feast. We are once again able to return to Goldenhall, and although the magic here is still dampened, our spirits are not. Join us in a day of revelry, competition, and comraderie as we take in the seasons bounty and prepare for the long weekend.
I also invite all adventurers on an expedition the following day to Westwatch. The mines of Westwatch have suffered in the past decade as lodes ran dry, tunnels collapsed, and creatures of the dark took up residence in the adandoned places. Last years members of the nation of Blackwood offered their aid in helping to restore those mines, and we recently learned this past spring that the mines may also contain an artifact that would be a great boon to recover; a shard of the leshin Stravamors wooden heart. The master blacsmith of Westwatch, Armond Azzameen, was believed to be posession of the item when he perished in a tunnel collapse deep within the mine. We will need to restore areas of the mine to reach it, and no doubt Stravamor's agents will be seeking it as well. Any help the adventurers of the Realms can offer will be welcome.
We hope to see everyone in the golden halls once again,
Highlord Temorse Sorrowind

Price Scale
As usually we will be using a scaling "pay what you can afford" price model in order to insure that players from all financial situation are able to participate. The standard event fee for this event will be $50 for the weekend, however if you are willing to kick in a little more to help cover others or aren't able to make that work with your current situation, you can pay $10 more or less.
Servants & Staff
We are looking for some part time kitchen and serving staff and some extra combat NPCs and staff for Sunday. If you are interested in any of these positions they come with a perk of being able to play at the rest of the event and have a reduced entry fee. Reach out to Tucker for more information.

A modest pancake breakfast will be served each morning. Leftovers will be available as dayboard on Sunday. We reccomend bringing some food containers if there are any leftovers available to take home at the end of the event.
Parking & Shuttle Service
The site does not allow cars to be left at the upper part of the site for long periods of time. You are able to drive up to drop your gear off. We will be running a shuttle in the morning and evenings to bring people and small amounts of gear from the parking lot to the upper site. A phone number will be posted at the parking lot to request a pickup.
This is a dry site
There are several cabins on site, we ask that players try to stick
to the cabins marked for players. Cabins are
first come first serve, but there should be plenty of bunks on
site.
