You must pre-register for this event in order to be included on the class lists we compile before the event. If you have selected a multi-hour class block, you will not be able to take a different class in the second or third hour. We highly advise that you sign up for classes, since there will be no activities other than classes, and the common room will have priority use of space when used for classes.

You can find the full list of classes with descriptions here.

Please write down or otherwise record which classes you choose, at what times. We will have limited capacity to track your class placements for you during the event.

Some classes have limited capacity. Please sign up via this form to receive priority placing.

This form closes at 11:59pm on March 25th.

KoR Challenge

Those interested in the KoR Challenge must contact Kelly Perfetto (discord: @kellyfern, email: perfettok@comcast.net) to reserve a KoR Challenge slot. KoR Challenge slots are first come, first served. Kelly will let you know which, if any, slots are still available. After you have reserved your KoR Challenge slot, you may then choose the rest of your classes. Please leave the period during which you have your KoR slot blank.

If you have any questions, please reach out to Kelly/Fern via email or Discord (Discord preferred).

Rules Changes and Notes

Plot Content Policy:

In keeping with the spirit of this event as a day of education and skill building opportunities, plot-related activities and interactions with NPCs or plot items will not be permitted outside instances and classes pre-approved by the Event Holder.

Please try to carpool to this event! Every car space saved helps.

Magic Items and In-House Items

If you have legal magic items they will likely pass but must be checked in first before being used at the event. In house magic items other than Wyvern College items will not pass. But, you shouldn’t need pretty much any magic items at this event.

Weapon Restriction for Classes

Unless a teacher for a particular class specifies otherwise, all combat classes will be peacebound such that no spellcasters break restriction through participation in the classes.

Regionals and Bonuses

Free Mentor!
All players who have pre-registered get unlimited castings of Mentor. Anyone who wishes to teach spells from their mastery must check in their spellbook before teaching spells. Yes, this means fighters can teach spells too! Make sure your spellbook is legal, and that you know your spells if you intend to teach them, as per the normal rules and guidelines with Mentor.

Wyvern College Learning Regionals:
You may choose to take a regional of equal or lesser circle from this path than your regional slot. (No-cost buydowns.)

1st. A Basic Understanding
Uses: 3 - Verbal: 10 words
This spell can be cast on anyone. The recipient may now call out “Fighter’s Intuition” once. When the recipient does this, they may or may not learn information about a monster they can see. It is up to the event staff to decide to provide this information or not. The information can be anything: weakness, methods of defeating, or even what the NPC likes to eat. If the event staff does not provide any information about the monster, the use of the spell is not expended and the recipient may attempt to use it again.

2nd. A Logical Conclusion
Uses: 2 - Verbal: Talk to EH or MM
After spending a minimum of 5 minutes studying a scene or materials the spellcaster may obtain extra information from the EH or MM. The information will be based around the information studied by the spellcaster and may be as detailed as the marshal chooses it to be.

3rd. Check the Sources
Uses: 4
The next time you or a spellcaster of your choice casts a Guidance, Fortune Tell, Precognition, Find the Path, Foretell, Séance, Vision, or Prophecy spell you may expend a use of this spell to find out if the result was skewed in any way. This spell can not be manipulated.

4th. Find the Truth
Uses: 1- Verbal: 10 words - Material: 30-foot rope
Any Guidance, Fortune Tell, Precognition, Find the Path, Foretell, Séance, Vision, or Prophecy spells cast from within this circle cannot have the result manipulated.
Casters and rituals must be fully contained within the circle to gain benefits from this spell. If the rope is moved or the circle is broken, the spell ends.

5th. Learn from the Past
Uses: 2 - Verbal: 40 words - Active: Touch the object you wish to learn about
You may ask to learn about the past of a person, place, or thing that you can touch. The object being touched becomes the focus for the spell and the caster will receive loose visions of past events centered around the focus. Anything that is not the focus of the spell will appear as if being viewed through foggy glass.

If it is a person you will gain insights into things that might have happened to that person to bring them to their current place.

In the case of a place you will receive information about notable events that transpired in that location. This will not tell you exactly who or what was there, but hints may be given.

In the case of a thing you will gain information about it and how it was used in the past or how it might have gotten to a specific location.

6th. A Quick Study
Uses: 2
Allows the spellcaster to gain one casting of any spell up to Fifth Circle, chosen at the time of casting. The spell gained must be cast following the rules for that spell, including VC, MC, and ACs. This spell cannot be used to cast Implement, Strange Brew, Animal Companion, Familiar, or spell alternatives.

Directions
Camelot Cohousing Common House
69 Village Court
Berlin, MA

From 495: Take exit 26.
Turn left on route 62 West.
Berlin Farms will be on your right, Take the left up the hill across
from it. There is a sign for Orchard Hill Equestrian Center.
Go past the horse farm and take your second right into the Camelot
Cohousing/Moasic Commons development (1 mile, across from a field)

Follow the road straight (up past Mosaic, the first neighborhood),
until it curves left around a retention pond. Keep driving until you
see parking on the right; this is for visitors. If you pass the
dumpsters and a garage on the right, you've gone too far.

The beige building in front of the grass circle is the common house.
In the dark, head across the grass circle and straight up the pavement
between the "emergency access only" signs. It does look rather like a
big house, but not like any of the other houses around
